REGISTRATION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please make sure you bring your confirmation email to sign-in on the day of the workshop.

Once Registered and paid for, Workshops are NON-REFUNDABLE and only valid for the 2011 Tour.

If a dancer is to become injured or ill before the workshop day and unable to attend, a refund can be arranged upon receiving a valid doctors certificate.

If for some reason, a name has to be changed on a registration form, please inform The Australian Dance Convention at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. There will be no changes on the day of the workshop.

Within the group packages ALL students must be signing up for the total amount of classes on offer. Every junior in the group must do the 3 classes OR every senior in the group must do the 4 classes. NO NEGOTIATIONS.

The Studio Principal, Dance teacher or Group Leader must email a list of the students names as money is paid.

All Group bookings must be PRE-REGISTERED prior to the Cut-off date. The Cut-off being 04/04/11.

Each student must also fill-out a registration form and bring it with them on the day of the workshop as we MUST have signatures of the agreement from each student or parent/guardian.
